We provide several resources generally accessible directly from the application:
- Help Center: Click the ? icon in the top navigation bar to access the Knowledge Base, FAQs, and video tutorials.
- Tooltips: Hover over information icons (i) next to field labels to see brief explanations of specific features.
Using Help or Support Options
If you are stuck, follow these steps:
- Search: Use the search bar in the Help Center to find articles related to your query (e.g., “How to apply for leave”).
- Video Guides: Watch step-by-step video walkthroughs for complex tasks like “Running Payroll”.
Reporting Issues or Bugs
If you encounter a technical error:
- Take a screenshot of the error message or the screen where the issue occurred.
- Note the steps you took leading up to the error.
- Submit a ticket via the Support portal link in the dashboard.
