Accessing Udyamo HRMS
To access the Udyamo HRMS platform, you need a web browser and an active internet connection.
- Open your preferred web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari).
- Navigate to the Udyamo HRMS login URL provided by your administrator (typically
app.udyamo.comor your organization’s custom domain).
Logging In
Admin / Manager / Employee Login
The login process is the same for all user roles.
- Enter your Work Email Address.
- Enter your secure Password.
- Click the Log In button.
Note: If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for your organization, click the “Log in with SSO” button instead.
First-Time Login Experience
If you are logging in for the first time:
- You may be prompted to reset your password. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a strong password.
- You might need to verify your email address via a code sent to your inbox.
- Upon successful login, you will be taken to the Welcome Dashboard.
Understanding the Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central hub. It provides a quick overview of your work status and pending actions.
- Quick Stats: View your leave balance, today’s attendance status, and upcoming holidays.
- Action Items: (For Managers/Admins) See pending requests for leave or attendance regularization that need approval.
- Announcements: View important company-wide updates.

Navigation Basics
The Udyamo interface is designed for easy navigation.
Sidebar Menu
Located on the left side of the screen, the sidebar gives you access to specific modules:
- My Info: Personal profile and history.
- Attendance: Time logs and regularization.
- Leave: Apply for leave and view balances.
- Payroll: View payslips and tax documents.
- Team: (Managers only) View team roster and requests.
- Organization: (Admins only) Company settings and configurations.
Profile Options
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner to:
- View Profile: Go to your detailed profile page.
- Account Settings: Change password or update preferences.
- Log Out: Securely exit the application.
Basic Organization Setup Overview (Admins Only)
For HR Admins setting up the system for the first time:
- Company Details: Go to Settings > Organization to fill in company name, address, and logo.
- Departments & Designations: specific the structure of your teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales) and roles (e.g., Junior Developer, Team Lead).
- Policies: Configure default attendance and leave policies before adding employees.
