Accrual & Carry-over Rules

Define if leave resets on Jan 1st or if employees can carry over up to 5 days to the next year.

Defining Working Days

Set your work week (e.g., Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu) so weekends aren’t counted as leave.

HRMS Synchronization

If connected to Udyamo HRMS, leave balances sync automatically every night.
