Can I edit a live survey?

Minor edits (fixing typos) are allowed, but you cannot change the meaning of a question once responses have started coming in.

How is E-NPS calculated?

(Promoters - Detractors) / Total Respondents * 100.

Troubleshooting notifications

If users are not receiving the survey, ask them to check if they have blocked the bot using the command unblock.
