Receiving the Standup Prompt

At the scheduled time, the StandUp Pulse bot sends you a Direct Message (DM) or a card in the channel.

Submitting Your Update

Type your answers directly into the card or text box and click Submit.

Reporting Blockers

If you mark a question as having a “Blocker”, it will be highlighted in Red in the final report to alert your manager.

Viewing the Summary Report

Once the submission window closes, the bot posts a consolidated summary of everyone’s updates to the channel.

Editing a Submitted Update

You can edit your response anytime before the summary is posted by clicking “Edit Response” in the bot DM.
